All our care staff are supervised by care coordinators and guided and trained by registered
nurses. Our Quality Assurance Coordinator regularly audits all our care services.

from all our employees. The company have regular quality improvement programmes and audits carried out to improve the levels of services we provide to you. With this in mind every member of care
staff has regular observation of their work and supervision sessions by their care branch manager as well as attending care team meetings every three months.
